Sign-up Form

Your name will appear on your public booking profile page

You are only required to complete this field if you have a current affiliation with a veterinary clinic, whether as an employee or an independent associate.

Please fill in the below section if you are part of a business or self-employed

Please check all the locations where you are able to accommodate house calls. The more areas you select, the higher the number of calls you can expect.

While you are under no obligation to accept calls that match all of your job criteria, if you choose to accept a job, WonderVet anticipates your utmost dedication and professionalism.

If the scheduled time isn't suitable for you, feel free to accept the job and then discuss a new time with the customer ahead of time. Many clients are typically flexible with rescheduling, but it varies on a case-by-case basis.

Should there be a change in the scheduled time, please inform WonderVet either through a text or email, referencing the job number and the revised time. WonderVet will subsequently update the job details and notify the client via email.
